Exchanges and Returns

Our product exchange policy aims to provide the customer with complete security in relation to the products purchased in our store.

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

We also exchange products that were different from those ordered by the customer.

If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, follow the following steps to exchange it:

1- Inform our team about the problem via our email (contact.princesscharming@gmail.com), sending clear photos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 7 days of receipt.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds after this period.

2- Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 7 working days, we will contact you via email and if the product is proven to be defective, you will be able to choose one of the following alternatives:

- Receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Receive a new product equal to the one ordered.
- Receive a product of similar value.
- Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so there is no error when choosing the size.

Delivery Information

Due to our exclusive promotions and order demand, the delivery time for imported products is 7 to 15 days after the purchase has been confirmed, because our products on offer are imported and shipping is international directly from the supplier.

However, the vast majority of orders are delivered within an average of 7 working days after purchase, remembering that as soon as the order is dispatched by our supplier you will receive the tracking code by email.

We reserve a maximum security period of 20 working days after purchase to receive the product at your address, after this time, if you wish, you can request a refund of the amount paid.

In some isolated cases, imported products spend a long time under federal revenue inspection, which checks all packages that enter the country, and as they are overloaded, this sometimes delays deliveries. The vast majority of orders arrive within 27 working days, remembering that products with international shipping sold at the Princess Charming store are unlikely to be stopped at Brazilian customs as they are small and low-value products.

But don't worry, your item will arrive to you soon in perfect condition.

Your only responsibility is to enter the correct address at the time of purchase and receive the order, if the address was entered incorrectly you will need to pay a new shipping fee of $30.00.
